💳 Return and Refund Policy – Nuvex

At Nuvex, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories and protective seals

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Return Procedure

To request a return, contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos, if the item is defective or incorrect

Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Nuvex will cover return shipping costs only for defective or incorrect items

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Report it within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photo or video evidence
  • All replacement and return shipping costs will be covered by Nuvex

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

International Orders

For international purchases, shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
